Hello! I'm Sunjoo Kim, a graphic designer and artist based in Los Angeles, CA. I loved art since I was a child and over time, I graduated from art school and finally fulfilled my dream of becoming a graphic designer. However, my graphic design career took a long halt after starting a family. Then, I started having the creative itch and began illustrating during my spare time. I loved the idea of freely illustrating happy, fun, and colorful art that would a smile to your face. That's how Spark Design was born. Since then, my creative journey has lead me to explore art and design with various mediums — creating digital illustrations on my computer and Ipad and exploring hand-drawn artwork with mediums like watercolor. I revel in the idea that my artwork can live on various surfaces like prints, home decor or pretty much anything with a surface!  All designs are meticulously illustrated by me, with love.  Feel free to reach out if you'd like to work with me or if you have any questions or concerns. :)
